Maurice Dutrisac, CHRP, M.B.A., is a Principal with Mastermind Solutions Inc. and specializes in strategic planning, designing organizations for growth and productivity, leadership development and coaching senior executives. His clients have ranged from $6.5 billion to $6 million in sales in a multitude of business sectors.

Maurice is one of the world’s foremost experts in applying “requisite organization” within corporations. Requisite organization is an organizational design technology that links a company’s strategy to the right structure, the right people, the right accountabilities and the right leadership practices to provide growth and productivity increases of 20% to 40% without capital infusion.

Maurice is also experienced in the public sector having served as a member of the Board for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board –a $3 billion in revenue organization. He is also on the Advisory Boards of Dial One Wolfedale Electric Ltd. & CARSTAR Automotive Canada.

Maurice has presented workshops on strategy, organizational design, talent pool management and strategic change management to many senior executive groups including the Canadian Pulp and Paper Forum, the CMA, Financial Executives International, the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters, Lorman Executive Seminars and the Global Organization Design Society. He also served as a guest lecturer at graduate level Business and Engineering Schools.

Maurice was awarded the BA and MBA degrees from McMaster University and is fluent in French and English. He currently serves as an Employer Representative for the Employment Insurance Board. Also, he is the immediate Past President of the McMaster University DeGroote School of Business Alumni Association and is a member of the Business Advisory Board of the DeGroote School of Business. He also has been selected for 2 years as a Lead Judge for the MBA Games of Canada.
