Mississauga Team
Peter
Morris – Chef, Mississauga
Peter
joins the team in Mississauga with over 18 years experience in
the hospitality industry, 8 years of which has been dedicated
to Steakhouses. As the sous-chef at both Barbarians and most recently
Harbour Sixty, Peter says he loves the high volume and fast paced
environment typical of the Steak House environment.
Coupled with Peter's vast industry experience,
he has graduated from the George Brown College Apprenticeship
Cook Program and the Advanced Saucier Workshop. Also, in 1997,
Peter received his Red Seal Certificate of Qualification
When not cooking, Peter enjoys Golfing
and is a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan.

Clayton Kistner
– Sous Chef, Mississauga
Clayton began his cooking career as a part time
cook during high school to earn extra income. Upon graduation,
Kistner realized how much he enjoyed cooking and changed the direction
of his career to a more challenging culinary position in a fine
dining restaurant.
Clayton then enrolled in a culinary apprenticeship
and later enrolled in the chef training program at George Brown
College. After receiving his Culinary Red Seal, Kistner accepted
a position as line cook at Ruth's Chris Steak House. During the
seven years at Ruth's Chris, Kistner trained at every station
and is delighted to take on the Sous Chef position with Ruth's
Chris Mississauga.
Mauro
Rosati – General Manager, Mississuaga
With over 30 years experience in the restaurant industry, Mauro has worked through every position in restaurants, which he feels has helped him in his role as General Manager at three Toronto Restaurants. Mauro has spent the past five years of his career as General Manager of Ruth's Chris Steak House. He has had the opportunity to lead both the Toronto and Mississauga teams to success and has now returned to the Mississauga location to continue in this leadership role. Mauro is pleased to share his passion for food and wine with both the staff and guests that he is fortunate to meet along the way. Mauro looks forward to making everyone a Raving Fan for the largest and greatest Fine-Dining Steak House chain in the world.
